We are currently seeking a Memory Care Activity Director to join our community s leadership team.
Position Description: The Memory Care Activity Director oversees the Memory Care Activity team and is responsible for creating an active and home like atmosphere for our residents in accordance with The Hearth s Live More philosophy and Mosher-Gardens Method. This position plans, organizes, and implements activities to maximize each resident s individualized adjustment into our memory care setting, maintain healthy lifestyles, and foster social engagement.
Education/Training/ Experience: Must possess an Associate s Degree or one (1) year management experience in a memory care setting.
