What are the responsibilities and qualifications for the role?



+ Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Hare selling process


+ Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network


+ Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives


+ Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries


+ Meet daily outbound phone and email quota


+ Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot


+ Attend sales & product knowledge meetings


+ Training will be provided


+ Motivation to be successful


+ Great customer service skills


+ Be able to create and maintain customer relationships


+ Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)


+ Prior sales or retail experience a plus


+ Maintain professional business attire and appearance


+ Self-starter and ability to be a great team player


+ Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
